Aspengrove's first ever Virtual PYP Exhibition was a huge success!
Working independently and collaboratively, the Grade 5 class explored problems in our world and took action on their learning. Topics included: ocean pollution, air pollution, space debris, graffiti, and global warming. During this seven-week project, students cleaned up beaches, educated us on ways to reduce our use of plastics, taught us about the science of air pollution, and helped us appreciate the universal nature of art.
We were pleased to see so many parents, grandparents, staff, and fellow students attend these presentations. Congratulations to the Grade 5 class on a job well done!
