I did my research prior to enrolling my child at RMS. I unearthed that the curriculum was very academic based with technology embedded in most areas. I knew from the onset that I wanted my child to be in an academically challenging space and my expectations are being consistently met or surpassed. So far, I can boldly state that I am impressed and appreciative of the quality of instruction my child receives. His teachers are passionate and knowledgeable about the various subjects they cover. I can always check in with my child's teachers to ask them about his performance and any area of concern on my part. The candid and constructive feedback I receive always afford me the opportunity to apply the recommendations at home. My child is challenged to be a better version of himself daily. I believe that I am entrusting my child to the best teachers in the best private schools in Brampton.
The teachers and principal at RMS downtown campus are amazing. They are so passionate and enthusiastic. Most importantly teachers are able to assess the child's development and work towards coaching them in areas where there is a need. When my daughter needed help with her reading, the school ensured that a student teacher worked with her during class and before school. This helped tremendously. We love the individual attention the teachers and principal provide. There are also student teachers in each class to assist kids who require it.
Teaching in RMS is definitely one of the reasons i decided to enrol my child there. As a parent with a very intelligent kid way above his age, I wanted a school that would continue to challenge him rather than make him feel like he knew it all and the curriculum and subjects taught upon review was exactly what was right for my child. The teachers are very much knowledgable about the subjects, communicate effectively and definitely provide the needed challenge and support my child needs in the classroom. I love that there is homework on some days of the week. My child always wants to get them done as soon as he gets home from school with very little or no help and that says a lot.
