This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Creativity: As an arts school, our number one focus is to harness our student's creativity and grow said skills to their biggest potential. We encourage creative problem solving, exploring conventional and unconventional approaches to their projects, and technical application to their projects.
  • Interpersonal skills: Students will learn how to communicate their ideas, and be cooperative with their fellow classmates. We also encourage students to self-regulate their art projects with time-management, and to embrace the learning process.

Summer camp is back at CCSA for 2023! Have your child learn art skills at one of our new summer camp locations in Mississauga. With CCSA's Summer Creative Camp, have your child explore out a variety of art subjects throughout the week. Monday to Friday they will learn activities such as painting, sculpting, architecture, animation, and cartooning! Creative Camp is ideal for campers who have multiple interests, and those who want general introductions to the arts!

We accompany the subjects with our yearly theme. For 2023, It's Art Around the World, where campers will be exploring artworks from various countries.
