Featuring trained comedians as coaches, the campers will develop their comedic arts and literacy skills, creating their own stories - with healthy humour. Boys & girls practice improv comedy, focusing on stand up comedy skills and joke jams to build confidence and creativity in public speaking. Youth learn age appropriate social and emotional skills, have fun, relax, and reduce the stress and anxiety. The week culminates with a Comedy Showcase for parents and guardians to attend.
The camps will run one hour a day for 5 days in three time slots.
