This blended program provides the opportunity to learn about food production and eco-farming through hands-on adventures on our school farm. Students plant, nurture, and harvest greens, root vegetables, and more, learning first-hand about the business of running a farm and the value of regenerative agriculture. While on campus, mornings and evenings are devoted to the work around the Seed to Table course; afternoons are spent in recreational camp activities at our waterfront campus. Weekend excursions are included in Overnight program cost; Day Program students have the option to add on weekend excursions. Students earn an Ontario Secondary School interdisciplinary course credit.
