This blended program provides the opportunity to learn about food production and eco-farming through hands-on adventures on our school farm. Students plant, nurture, and harvest greens, root vegetables, and more learning first-hand about the business of running a farm and the value of regenerative agriculture. Mornings and evenings are devoted to the work around the Seed to Table course; afternoons are spent in recreational activities on our waterfront and campus. Students earn an Ontario Secondary School interdisciplinary course credit.
