Medics Camp-virtual

Our virtual Medics Camp is NOT school. Just like our traditional camps that were physically located at schools weren't school.  If your child has a device that connects them to the internet, get ready to turn on the siren and flashing red lights.  Kids will be transported to the Medics Camp virtual clinic where they will be doctors for a week with just the click of a button. We know many parents are still working from home and that keeping their kids actively engaged in a fun educational camp experience is important. Last summer we had almost 200 kids attend our virtual Medics Camp and the positive feedback from both parents and kids was amazing!  This year we intend to continue with our proven scientific formula for delivering a virtual STEM camp that kids want to sign up for week after week.

All campers will receive a material kit to accompany their daily instructor led Zoom sessions.  Each kit has a daily "warm up" that we encourage kids to do prior to signing in to camp each day.  The independent "warm up" gives them a jump start on the daily medical theme.  This means they can start their camp day just a little bit earlier and for work at home parents, think of it as free virtual before care.   

One of the most unexpected and best surprises from last summer's virtual camps was meeting kids from all over Canada, the US, Mexico and even Cuba!  Technology has removed the geographical barriers so now future doctors from just about anywhere can attend Medics Camp.
