Virtual Inner Beauty Spa Retreat

Our Inner Beauty Spa Camp is designed to inspire self-love and relaxation, and enhancing girls' mind, body & soul! Break through the stress, overwhelm, boredom, and technology fatigue with self care rituals designed just for girls. She'll build a strong connection with herself and others while enjoying spa activities, yoga, self care, and meditation. She'll also gain insight on how to have a healthy relationship with food and movement. Plus, our life coach leads girl talk on handling anxiety, self esteem, and friendships. Plus, girls will learn their worth and inner beauty - an unforgettable summer experience!

This week girls will take part in a spa retreat with activities like:

* Yoga & pilates

* Breathing & meditation

* Relaxation

* Natural skin care demos

* DIY beauty products

* Positive thinking

* Self-esteem building exercises

* Girl talk

* Art therapy

* Smoothie demos

Everyone receives a special event kit full of our art supplies, project materials, and journal!

In grade 9-12 and interested in this camp? Take part in our Leadership Certification & have the opportunity to join this week at camp as a Teen Leader! Teen Leaders also receive High School volunteer hours, and the opportunity to receive a letter of recommendation for future employment as well as a letter of recognition for university applications.
