Tillsonburg Sports Camp

We are excited to introduce Sports Discovery Camp this summer! Why? Because we believe it will revolutionize the summer camp experience.

If you are a child between the ages of 6 and 14 and you like to have fun playing sports, trying new sports or just having a great time, Sports Discovery Camp is for you. A chance to play for the sake of playing. No pressure. Just play. Just fun.

If you are a parent, Sports Discovery Camp is unlike any sports camp you have encountered as teaching skills is NOT our priority. Our goal is to build a generation who can work as a team player, who are and can be exceptional leaders; who can respect their environment, themselves and others. These are the skills they will need to cope with every day challenges for life.

Our unique program is specially designed to integrate self-confidence, teamwork and leadership skills into our drills, our games and our activities. Every activity and game has a purpose. Campers have fun playing sports they love and don’t even realize they are learning these critical life skills. But we do. And you will.

We don’t build athletes for sport. We build people through sport.

What are the Camp hours?

Our camp program operates from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. each day.  Drop off begins at 8:30 a.m. and pick up is between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. We also offer early drop off starting at 8:00 a.m. and late pick up until 5:00 p.m.  The fee for this is $5 each per day(or $10 per day for both early drop off and late pick up).

What does a typical day look like?

A typical day starts with a group activity during the half hour drop off period. Then campers are sorted into their age appropriate groups and their sports leader starts the first group sports activity. A break is scheduled mid-way through the morning before campers engage in another group activity before lunch. The afternoon is different where campers have the ability to choose the sports they wish to learn and play. Since it is the summer we do as many outside activities as possible dependent on weather such as rain and heat.
