This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Curiosity: Our programs use a discovery and inquiry-based learning approach with a focus on ‘learning by doing’.
  • Creativity: Our outreach model provides students with a chance to work on a variety of projects. This model helps foster problem solving, critical thinking, and an overall passion for STEM.

This program is exclusive for girls and gender-diverse youth.

Join us as we dive into the creative development of websites. We will discuss scientific topics on areas of interest and work to create an informational website that will share our findings. Students will have the opportunity to research their topic and then learn how to create a website to share their new knowledge.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Coding a website using HTML
  • Research topic of choice
  • Setting the tone using CSS language
