What can we discover from ancient relics & runes? Why, just about anything! From daily life to their untimely demise, relics and runes tell the story of some of the world’s greatest ancient civilizations. Explore the ROM’s new Vikings: The Exhibition, and decode the Old Norse runes. Get your hands on relics like ancient inventions and weapons of war that made Egypt, Rome and Byzantium some of the world's greatest empires, before exploring their ruins to uncover the mystery of their final fall.
