All information that you choose to share with us is available to only you and staff at Our Kids who are obligated to use it only for purposes stated. Personal information is never resold to anyone including schools or any advertisers that list with us. Unless ordered to by a court of law, we will not share your information with anyone.

If you receive email or any other correspondence from us it will only be because you have opted in to that correspondence. Once in a very long time we may try out a new marketing campaign, as we expand our operations and move to better serve both our customers and the schools, camps or retirement homes that we represent. In these cases, as with all other instances, you will have the option to "opt out" or unsubscribe from any and all correspondence from our Kids Publications, Ltd.

Your information belongs to you and you are welcome to edit it at any time or remove your name and information from our service.

How Our Kids protects your privacy

All data is stored securely on our servers, using appropriate measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Tracking, cookies, web beacons and other identifiers

When Our Kids Publications sends you emails, we may use tracking, cookies or a web beacon or these may be part of third party software we employ in bulk emailing. These only allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails and where traffic moves within our site. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this single response.

All of these identifiers collect very limited information that helps us with our marketing initiatives and is likely to include no more than the time and date of a page being viewed and the name and location (url) of the page on which the Web Beacon resides.

If you are concerned about this, you can disable identifiers by disabling HTML images or refusing HTML (use Text only) emails via your email software.

Privacy Policy Changes

This policy was created in July 2008. Our Kids Publications reserves the right to change or modify this policy at any time. Any such changes will be posted in this space.
