Over the past year, Dialogue has sponsored panel discussions where independent educators from different parts of Canada discussed and shared information and views on differentiated learning.

Some of the issues discussed by the panels included:

  • How do we meet the needs of the variety of learners in our classrooms?
  • How far do we go to accommodate individual learning needs?
  • How do we go beyond "the almighty grade"?

Toronto: November 2007

At Toronto's Upper Canada College, over 150 committed teachers met to dive into the issues and share their experiences and opinions. The evening was hosted by the Canadian Education Standards Institute (CESI) and moderated by Dr. James (Jim) Christopher, Executive Director of the Canadian Association of Independent Schools (CAIS).
