i would absolutely love a student lounge, the study center isn’t great if you just want to hang out. the girls washroom could also be bigger,
the teachers being such a positive environment to the school. it’s awesome to see how they relate to one another as well as to the student body. you feel like you have a billion parents cheering you on.
the teachers really do ask a lot, especially when there is full course load students. it sets our school apart as prestigious, but it’s quite a lot to ask especially with extra cricculars. you’re getting next level education, as well as the opportunity to take college classes your graduation year with a discounted price.
there’s certainly things that i think will never be used again, but some of it most definilty sets the students up for a seccussful life. being in this setting alone sets you up better for being in a workplace than any other school i’ve attended
great variety. something for everyone. if it isn’t here, they will take you to where it is.
super small town, a greenhouse. a place for intensive growth in all areas - including creativity on the weekends there is nothing to do.
i would automatically take them to the chapel, that’s one of the statement pieces of the school, as well as holds some of the large events of the school. youth quake, refresh, chapel, HUGE events that characterize the school.
the school builds their own community within the halls as well as the dorm. i’ve never felt more connected to my teachers than in leadership class. i’ve never heard students more distraught over a teacher fling on mat leave. we’ve become a family.
friday night a lot of people drive into moose jaw, but the rest of the week, you can find most people on campus. starbucks, booster juice, tim’s, mcdonald’s, and BKs are all just down the road, but those are mostly reserved for friday night.
seamless. there is a great program for getting all of the application in, and it was very easy to follow.
