About the Lycée Louis Pasteur:
The Lycée Louis Pasteur (www.lycee.ca) is a private international French school from 3 years old to grade 12. It is accredited by Alberta Education, the French Ministry of Education, and the Agence pour l’Enseignement Français à l’Etranger (AEFE), as well as by the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS), Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC), and the Alberta Association for the Accreditation of Early Learning and Care Services (AELCS). The dual curriculum, which combines basic principles of Albertan, North American, and international education, ensures that students are bilingual in French and English and have advanced Spanish skills by the time they reach high school. Success in the Alberta Provincial Achievement Tests and Diploma exams, the French Brevet, and the French Baccalaureate is a key goal of the LLP program. The French Baccalaureate, identical at lycées across the globe, provides students with internationally recognized certification for admission into universities worldwide. The school is part of a global network of 488 international lycées which follow the same French curriculum, allowing students to transition seamlessly to another lycée anywhere in the world.
