CARNEGIE HALL 2019-2020

We are proud to continue recognizing the outstanding achievements of our music students. This year we would like to give a huge congratulations to our talented senior musicians, Connor Turk on the (trumpet) and Michael Husu with the (clarinet). These two exceptional musicians traveled this year 2019-2020 to New York City after having been selected and chosen to participate in the High School Honors Performance Series at Carnegie Hall! These incredible musicians were chosen from hundreds of thousands of musicians from ranging all over North America. This prestigious band selects the top high school students from all over Canada and the United States to participate in a week of masterclasses with master conductors and performances. What a fantastic opportunity for both of these students. They are well deserving and confident about their successes. Congratulations to the both of you! You continue to make us so proud.
