Claren Academy is pleased to announce that a private donor has provided a scholarship fund for female students entering kindergarten to grade two in 2017. The Women in Technology & Entrepreneurship Scholarship is aimed at removing financial barriers to families of female students who would like to join Vancouver's new future-focused elementary school.
Claren Academy is a new independent elementary school opening in downtown Vancouver's Yaletown neighbourhood this September. It will offer an excellent start for these young female scholarship recipients who will enter the work force around 2030, and have opportunities for jobs and creativity that are currently difficult to even imagine. With small classes, strong foundations, dedicated staff, and the best classroom resources, Claren Academy will provide an education focused on technology and creativity, always with the goal of preparing our students for the changing world.
