(5) Student Experience
I’ve had a really good experience at CNA so far. What I like most is how supportive and responsive the teachers are. Whenever I have a question about school, I can usually get an answer pretty quickly. The teachers are also good at reminding us about important requirements and deadlines, which is helpful. I also like that the courses are challenging enough to make me think, but they don’t feel unnecessarily difficult. Assignments are usually marked pretty quickly, so I don’t have to wait a long time to find out how I did. The online platform is easy to use. I can easily find my lessons, assignments, and course materials. Overall, I’ve felt supported throughout my courses, and I’ve had a very positive experience.
The Best Part
The best part for me is definitely how helpful the teachers are. It’s easy to ask questions, and I usually get a response pretty quickly. I also really like getting my assignments back without having to wait too long, because the feedback helps me see what I need to work on while the material is still fresh.
Suggested Improvements
If I could change one thing, I’d probably add a few more chances for online students to interact with each other. Maybe some more group discussions or other online activities would make it easier to get to know other students. Other than that, I’ve been really happy with how the courses are organized and the amount of support I get from my teachers.
Hidden Details
Something that surprised me was how much support you actually get even though the courses are online. Before I started, I thought online learning would be more independent and that I would mostly have to figure things out myself. But the teachers are actually very easy to reach, and they give a lot of reminders and feedback throughout the course. It feels much more interactive and supported than I expected.
(5) School Leadership
I’ve had a really good experience with all the teachers and staff I’ve interacted with. Everyone seems to know their role and is always willing to help when I have questions. Whenever I need something explained, they take the time to give me a clear and detailed answer instead of just giving me a quick response. I also feel like they genuinely try to look at things from a student’s point of view when solving problems. Because of that, I really respect the teachers and staff at the school and feel comfortable reaching out whenever I need help.
(5) Teaching
The teachers do a really good job of explaining the material clearly. The courses include both videos and written notes, which I find really helpful because I can go back and review something as many times as I need to. In some ways, I actually prefer this to a regular day school class because I’m not worried about missing part of a lesson and not being able to hear it again. The workload is challenging, but I’ve never felt like teachers are asking us to do something unreasonable. The main concepts are covered really well, and some assignments give you a chance to go a little further and think more deeply without feeling like they’re completely outside the course. Teachers also make their expectations clear, so I usually know what I need to do to be successful.
(5) Academics
I think the academic level is challenging in a good way. The courses make you put in real effort, but they don’t feel unnecessarily difficult. If you take the time to understand the lessons, review the material, and do the assignments properly, I feel like your grade usually reflects the amount of work you put in. I also appreciate that the school doesn’t seem to make grading difficult just for the sake of keeping marks low. At the same time, you still have to earn your grade. The assignments cover the important course content, but some of them also let you apply what you’ve learned or explore an idea a bit further. Another big advantage for me is that my online course credits and marks can be transferred back to my day school without causing problems. That gives me a lot more flexibility when planning my courses and schedule.
(5) School Life
Since I’ve mainly studied through CNA online, my school experience is obviously different from someone who attends a physical campus every day. For me, one of the best parts is the flexibility. I can work through lessons at a pace that makes sense for me, go back to videos or notes when I need to review something, and fit the course around my regular school schedule. The online format also makes learning more interesting than I expected. Everything is easy to access, and I don’t feel like I’m just being given a bunch of work to complete by myself. There’s still structure and teacher support, which makes the experience feel much more organized. I’ve actually recommended CNA to a few of my classmates, and they’ve had a good experience with it as well.
(5) Admissions
The registration process was pretty simple and straightforward. One thing I really appreciated is that the admissions team reviews the courses you’ve already completed before recommending what you should take next. They actually pay attention to prerequisites and your academic background, so you’re less likely to accidentally register for a course you’re not ready for. They also helped recommend courses at a level that made sense for me. I think that’s really helpful because it prevents students from choosing something that’s either not appropriate for their current level or unnecessarily difficult and could hurt their grades. It made me feel a lot more confident about my course choices. Overall, the whole process felt well organized and pretty stress-free. I felt like the school wasn’t just trying to get me registered as quickly as possible—they actually wanted to make sure I was taking the right courses for my situation.
