Preview Weekend

The weekend begins with check-in and a campus tour, with several stations throughout campus guided by two student leaders. Around supper, we have staff introducing themselves, and Friday evening Vespers begins the first of a series of worship performances: KC Symphonic Choir and String Ensembles which occurs at College Park SDA Church (1164 King Street East, Oshawa, Ontario L1H 1H9). Saturday morning, there is Sabbath school at the KC chapel (below the cafeteria at 1220 Leland Rd), followed by church service at College Park SDA Church, where the KC Concert Band will be performing and our chaplain will deliver a thematic sermon. After lunch, the parents will meet the Parent Association reps at the kC Cafeteria, followed by the KC Drama Club performance at the Auditorium (200 Kingsway College Dr.). After supper, we will have worship to close off Sabbath at the KC Chapel, and close up the evening with the Aerials acrobatics team home show. Sunday starts at 8am with finance officers available at the cafeteria. Devotional at 9am followed by brunch and presentations from the President, Principal, and VP of Finances among others, and support to complete online registration. This closes of the day, series of events and this special weekend.
