Our two boys had a wonderful experience at Manor Montessori. The teachers, staff, and management are warm, caring, and provide a supportive environment for young minds to grow with confidence. The academics are strong and diverse, allowing children to follow their intellectual curiosity as far as it will take them. Our boys completed grades 2 and 3, respectively, with strong French, music, math, and language skills, setting a strong foundation for their future. Dana Stewart, Founder and Principal, is a passionate educator and leader. She is patient and dedicated, and always available. Thank you, Dana! The few times we had any questions or concerns, the teachers and staff we dealt with were always attentive and quick to respond. They genuinely care about the children's education and wellbeing.

Why Manor Montessori School?

We valued the rigorous Montessori curriculum, the small class sizes, the tight-knit community, and having multiple grades in each classroom. Visiting the school was very comfortable and welcoming, providing an environment where we were confident our boys would thrive.

Expectations vs. Reality

The school provided the high level of academic achievement we expected and developed a wide range of academic and soft skills. We did not expect a lot of athletics at first, but we were pleasantly surprised by ongoing swimming lessons, ice skating, and other athletics/clubs.

Your Advice

Visiting the school and speaking with the teachers will help greatly to inform the decision. Not all Montessori schools are true to the Montessori vision and standards, but this one is!
