Prestige students have done it again! The results of the Canadian National Mathematics League from University of Windsor are in.
Students in grades 5 to 8 participated in the contest this year. Grade 5 and 6 students did exceptionally well in the grade 6 level contest. Prestige School placed 7th in Canada out of 118 schools, as well as, placing 7th in Ontario! Grade 8 students did outstanding as well, they placed 29th in Canada out of 112 schools!
Way to go Prestige students! Prestige School is very proud of you all. Thank you to Ms. Irene for teaching our students advanced mathematics and developing a love for math.

On Tuesday, April 27th, students in grades 3 to 5 will be writing the Math League Contest during their scheduled math classes with Ms. Irene.
On Wednesday, May 12th, students in grades 6 to 8 will be writing the University of Waterloo Gauss Mathematics Contests during their scheduled math classes with Ms. Irene.
