Green Team
Last week, The Green Team collected used, single-use batteries as we participated in the EcoKids Battery Busters: Waste Reduction Week Contest. We are happy to report that we have helped to save lots of batteries from entering the landfills. The batteries will be picked up and will be recycled carefully and properly. Thank you for your support GAA! Way to get your green on.

The BOOKANEER Book Fair is coming!
Hours: November 1 & 2 4:00-8:30p.m.
The excitement has begun as students fill out their ballots and search their classrooms for the "golden ticket" to win Book Fair bonus bucks to spend at the Fair!
Students will be coming home with a wish list next week! We invite everyone to come and check out all that the Book Fair has to offer!
GAA Debate Team
Ms Inderpal Wig from Waldorf Academy visited on Tuesday October 25th to check out our GAA debate team in hopes of starting one of her own. She enjoyed observing students and is inspired to implement ideas and debate strategies in her own school community!
