I had a great experience with Ontario Virtual School and highly recommend it to anyone looking to complete their high school courses online. The flexibility of the courses allowed me to work at my own pace, which made balancing school with other responsibilities, such as work, much easier. My teacher, Ms. Humphreys, was always amazing, supportive, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions or needed guidance. She truly cared about my success and played a big role in helping me achieve my high school diploma. The course material was clear and well-organized, and the entire platform was easy to navigate. Overall, I’m really thankful for the opportunity to study with OVS and for the dedicated support I received throughout my journey.

The leadership and guidance counselors at Ontario Virtual School were supportive and professional, always ready to help with academic planning and questions. Although I only took one course at Ontario Virtual School, my experience was very positive. Ms. Humphreys was an incredible teacher—supportive, kind, and always quick to respond when I needed help. She truly cared about my success and made the course enjoyable and manageable. While I didn’t need much support from the guidance team, they were polite and professional in my few interactions with them. It was clear they were there to help when needed. Overall, I’m grateful for the experience and the support I received.

Ontario Virtual School provides a supportive and flexible learning environment, which made a big difference in my education. The teachers are understanding and helpful, always willing to answer questions and provide guidance when needed. What I appreciated most was that they don’t put unnecessary pressure on students—you’re allowed to work at your own pace, which helped reduce stress and made it easier to stay motivated. There were clear expectations, but no overwhelming deadlines or pressure. This approach gave me the chance to really focus on understanding the material without feeling rushed. My teacher, Ms. Humphreys, was especially supportive and always made time to help when I needed it. Overall, the learning environment at Ontario Virtual School was positive, low-stress, and ideal for students who want to take control of their own learning.

The workload at Ontario Virtual School in the grade 12 English course was very reasonable—not too overwhelming, but enough to keep me engaged and learning. Each assignment and lesson felt purposeful, with a clear connection to the real world. I appreciated that the course focused on teaching skills and knowledge that I can actually use in everyday life, rather than just memorizing facts for a test. The material was well-organized and easy to follow, which made it easier to stay on track, even while working independently. I never felt overloaded, and the balance of work made it manageable alongside other responsibilities. My teacher did a great job of making the lessons meaningful and relevant. Overall, it was a great learning experience with practical value that I’ll carry with me beyond school.
