(5) Student Experience

I loved doing OVS, it was very convenient for me, especially since I had a spare and couldn’t join a class in time. I liked that I could work at my own pace and that there weren’t any strict deadlines. This gave me the flexibility to focus on my harder classes while still keeping up with this course, which I really appreciated. The teacher I had was very friendly. As soon as I joined, she let me know I could email her anytime for help, and she always responded within 24 hours. She even took time out of her weekends to reply to emails, which was great. Overall, I loved my experience with OVS and would definitely recommend it to others.

(5) School Leadership

Yeah, I did respect the school leaders like the headmaster, guidance counsellors, and teachers. They were always supportive and cared about the students. They worked hard to make sure everything at school ran smoothly, and they were always there when someone needed help. The teachers explained things well, and the counsellors were easy to talk to. I felt like they wanted the best for everyone. Overall, I had a lot of respect for all of them and what they do.

(5) Teaching

Yeah, I did respect the school leaders like the headmaster, guidance counsellors, and teachers. They worked hard to make sure the school was a good place for everyone. Ms. Hunpreys was one of the best teachers I've had. She was always kind, patient, and knew how to explain things in a way that made sense. If anyone needed help, she was there without hesitation. The guidance counsellors were also really easy to talk to and gave good advice when someone was going through something. The headmaster kept everything organized and made sure things were running properly. All of them showed that they cared about the students, not just our grades, but how we were doing overall. I respected them a lot for the effort they put in.

(5) Academics

I think the work was mostly easy, but in a good way. It was clear and made sense, so it wasn’t too stressful or confusing. Ms. Hunpreys explained things well and gave us enough time to get things done, which helped a lot. I never felt overwhelmed, and if I ever needed help, she was always there. I do think what we learned will be useful later in life. Even if we don’t use every single lesson, the skills we practiced, like staying organized, thinking things through, and finishing work on time, are definitely things that will help in the future. It also helped me build confidence in my learning. So overall, I think the level of work was just right, and what we learned will help down the road for sure.

(5) School Life

Since it’s an online school, I’d start the tour by showing visitors how the main dashboard or homepage works. That’s the first place students go when they log in, and it’s where you can find everything you need: your classes, announcements, messages, and updates. It’s really simple to use and makes everything easy to access, even if you’re not super tech-savvy. I’d show them how to join live classes with just a click, where to find and submit assignments, and how to message teachers like Ms. Hunpreys when you need help or have a question. I’d also show how the calendar helps you stay on track with due dates. Everything is set up to make learning from home smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. It’s a great system for staying organized and focused.

(5) Admissions

The admissions process was actually pretty easy. I remember filling out the application and sending in the required documents, and it didn’t take too long. Everything was explained clearly, so it wasn’t stressful at all. I’d say it was simpler than anything else. If someone’s planning to apply, my advice would be to just stay organized and make sure you read all the instructions carefully. Don’t overthink it, just take it step by step. From my own experience, I remember being a little nervous at first, but once I started, it went smoothly. Now that I’ve been through it, I know it’s not something to worry about. Back then, I didn’t realize how fast the process would be. I thought it would be harder, but it was actually super manageable.
