Our family has been part of RWT Private School since my oldest son started Grade 3 and my youngest son started Grade 1, and I can honestly say that enrolling both of my children in this school was one of the best decisions we have ever made. My oldest son was struggling in the public school system, and after joining RWT, everything changed. He flourished academically, gained confidence, developed a love of learning, and has now successfully graduated from Grade 8 and is heading to high school. Watching his growth over the years has been incredible, and I truly believe much of that success is due to the dedication, support, and guidance he received from the teachers and staff. What makes RWT special is not only its high academic standards but also the genuine care shown to each student. The teachers are exceptionally qualified, passionate, and deeply committed to helping every child reach their full potential. I can see that passion reflected in the students’ enthusiasm, confidence, and achievements. The principal, staff, and teachers are outstanding. They create a nurturing, supportive, and inspiring environment where children feel valued, encouraged, and challenged to do their best. The level of communication, professionalism, and individual attention given to each student is truly remarkable. Thank you to the entire RWT team for your dedication, passion, and commitment to helping both of my children succeed. You have made a lasting difference in their lives, and for that we will always be grateful.
Why Read Write Think Private School?
Yes, we did consider other schools. In fact, we visited and explored several of them, but Read Write Think stood out from all the others because of its personal approach and unique atmosphere. Many schools say they care about helping children reach their full potential, but here, you can actually see and feel that commitment. The staff and teachers genuinely do everything within their power to help each child become the best version of themselves, both academically and personally.
Expectations vs. Reality
Yes, my expectations were probably very similar to those of many parents whose child was struggling in the public school system. I wanted my child to understand that the problem was not him, but rather the way he was being taught. That is exactly what Read Write Think delivered. The teachers rebuilt his confidence and helped him see himself differently. With my second child, the need was completely different. He needs to be constantly challenged with more advanced work to keep him interested and engaged. In both cases, I am extremely happy with the outcome.
Your Advice
If you are not completely happy with your child’s current school, I would definitely recommend visiting Read Write Think. There are many private schools that make big promises, but only some truly deliver. Go see the school for yourself, meet the teachers and principal, and experience the atmosphere and energy. Sometimes, you just know when you have found the right fit for your child.
