At Saplings Nature School, we use Apple Financial Services to assess financial aid applications in a fair, confidential, and needs-based manner. Apple Financial provides us with a third-party recommendation that helps determine the level of support a family may be eligible for. What’s Included and Required: 1. Online Application Visit: www.applefinancialservices.ca Create an account and complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS). 2. Required Documentation Most recent Notice of Assessment (CRA) for both parents/guardians. Recent pay stubs or income verification. Documentation for assets, debts, and any other sources of income. If self-employed, current business financial statements may also be required. 3. Processing Fee Apple Financial charges a one-time non-refundable application fee (approximately $125 CAD) paid directly through their site. 4. Confidential Assessment Apple Financial reviews your application and provides a recommendation to our school. All information is kept confidential and is not shared outside the financial aid committee. Timeline We encourage families to apply early, as funding is limited and assessed on a first-come, first-served basis.
