1. Initial Inquiry & School Tour

- Schedule a tour of our Forest Hill United Church location (2 Wembley Road)
- Meet our admissions team and observe classrooms in action
- Learn about our curriculum, specialty programs, and daily rhythm
2. Application Submission
- Complete the application form (online or in person)
- Provide previous school records (if applicable)
- Submit any educational assessments or reports
3. Student Assessment & Family Meeting
- Your child participates in a brief assessment to understand their academic level and learning style
- Parents meet with the Principal to discuss philosophy, expectations, and alignment
- Review school policies, including nutrition, medication, homework, and parent partnership
4. Acceptance & Enrolment
- Accepted families receive an enrolment package with tuition details, school calendar, and required forms
- Complete enrolment paperwork (emergency contacts, medical information, policy acknowledgments)
- Submit the enrolment deposit to secure your child’s place
