On November 14th, Bond's U12 Flag Football team went to The Hangar in North York, to play against other private schools in the SSAF Flag Football Tournament.
Bond players did a great job during today's tournament. Even though we lost the first match at the beginning, our team improved their strategies immediately and won two games straight during the playoffs. After winning the Quarter-final game, Bond played hard in the Semi-finals.
For most Bond players, it was their first time playing on the field. "The whole team did very well during this tournament. They learned a lot from each other as well as from the competitors." said Mr. Carney and Mr. Kopansky, the coaches of the elementary flag football team at Bond.
