Northstar Montessori has operated since 1996 and is an accredited member of CCMA (Canadian Council of Montessori Administrators). We have close to 300 students from Toddler up to Grade 8. We pride ourselves on providing your child a safe community, with an opportunity to explore, experience and enjoy learning. The Montessori way of learning is based on scientific observations made by Dr. Maria Montessori who defied standard methods of teaching which today is used in the public school system, and cultivated a way of education that follows the child's specific learning ability and style. We also have enhanced amenities like a two-storey gym complete with climbing walls, in-house catering for fresh homecooked meals and an indoor all-season pool (Northstar Aquatics).
