On November 1st 2014, Bond Academy joined hundreds of other organizations in an effort to make this Christmas brighter for many children. Each year, through the generosity of our families, we gather toys for the children who will wake up Christmas morning in Sick Children’s Hospital. Our friendly Toronto Firefighters came to Bond in their "sleigh" van on Tuesday, December 9th to collect our donations. Along with the toys we were able to purchase in excess of $200 in Gift Certificates with monies raised through our Kernel Popcorn Sales.
On behalf of Bond Academy, Miss Chhabra and Mrs.Thorburn, we would like to thank all the families who generously donated to the cause. A special thank you goes out to the Kikuchi family in our Montessori 1 class for their very generous donations! Bond will continue to work hard next year. Good job Bond!
