On December 16th, we had a visit from one of our 2010 graduates, John. John attended Junior Academy from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 and came back to share his most fond memories of his time in elementary and middle school. John thrived both academically and socially at Junior Academy “there were so many opportunities in terms of sports teams, community involvement and academics” he explains. As we sat reminiscing about his days at Junior Academy, John’s face lights up. He shares his appreciation of the small class sizes, family feel and teacher relationships. Today, John is a very disciplined, polite and ambitious young man who is studying Humanities in his first year at McMaster University.
