To apply for a bursary, families must apply to Apple Financial Services. This independent third-party organization objectively assesses a family’s financial capacity to contribute to tuition.
Application Deadlines for New Families (2025-2026 School Year):
Applications must be submitted to Apple Financial by January 6, 2025, to receive a decision by the Common Offer Date: Friday, February 21, 2025.
Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis, depending on the availability of funds and space.

Champion For Change Scholarship (Other)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. 4 to 12 are eligible.
Who is eligible for the scholarship?

New entrants to grades 4-12 to Linden in the 2025-2026 school year

Students with an academic standing of at least 3+/ 75%, according to the Ontario Ministry of Education grading system

Demonstrated meaningful interest and participation in social, racial and cultural justice, economic justice or climate justice action to make your neighborhood, city, country or wider world a better place
This scholarship is designed to support students who are passionate about creating positive change and who would thrive in Linden’s enriched academic and extracurricular programs.
What the Scholarship Offers:
- $15,000 in tuition support, renewable for up to five years.
- Access to an enriching co-curricular program, including field trips, mentorship opportunities, and guidance from a dedicated faculty.
- The opportunity to apply for additional financial assistance through Linden’s bursary program to cover the remaining tuition fees.

Grade 9 Entrance Scholarship (Other)

Students from Gr. 9 are eligible.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be entering Grade 9 at The Linden School.
- Shows leadership qualities and a dedication to community service and extracurricular activities.
- Commits to embodying The Linden School’s mission to empower students in a girl-centred learning environment.
Scholarship Value
The Grade 9 Entrance Scholarship provides $15,000 annually for four years, covering a substantial part of the annual tuition fees. This scholarship is renewable yearly based on the student's high academic standards and active participation in school activities.
Application Process
- Application Form: Complete the online scholarship application form, which includes personal information and academic records.
- Essay Submission: Submit a 500-word essay on "How I plan to contribute to The Linden School community."
- Recommendation Letters: Provide two letters of recommendation from non-family members, such as teachers, mentors, or community leaders.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with our scholarship committee to discuss their achievements and aspirations.
