Just with the foundation that St. George's laid out for me, it really contributed to my success
According to Donovan Tildesley being the flag bearer of Canada for the 2008 Paralympic Games is one of the highlights of his career so far, that and winning the bronze medal at the 2000 Paralympic Games at the age of 16. "And to do it in my first race, I was just over the moon," says Tildesley.
Tildesley attended St. George's School located in Vancouver, BC where his quest for greatness was honed by the expectations of his teachers. "Just with the foundation that St. George's laid out for me, it really contributed to my success," says Tildesley.
