Entrance Scholarship (Academic)
Eligibility Details:
Students from Gr. 9 to 10 are eligible.
The Fieldstone Entrance Scholarship is designed to attract and recognise new students who demonstrate the potential to enrich our school community through academic excellence or distinguished achievement in co-curricular areas. This merit-based programme awards scholarships ranging from $6,500 to $10,000 toward tuition for students with outstanding accomplishments in areas such as the arts, music (violin), mathematics, sciences, and community service.
I. Scholarship Criteria
a) Academic transcripts demonstrating high academic standing. Successful applicants typically maintain an overall average of 80% or higher.
b) A one-page resume outlining the candidate’s achievements.
c) A 250-500 word (1-2 page, double-spaced) personal statement describing how the candidate will contribute to the Fieldstone community, including skills, accomplishments, and personal background.
d) Supporting documentation of achievements (certificates, awards, publications, etc.).
II. Terms and Conditions
Recipients of the Fieldstone Entrance Scholarship agree to:
a) Maintain regular attendance and adhere to the Student Code of Conduct;
b) Maintain an academic average of 80% or higher;
c) Actively participate in and contribute to programmes related to the area of award.
III. Application Process
a) Submit the completed application package, including resume and personal statement, to [email protected] with the subject line “Fieldstone Entrance Scholarship.”
b) The Scholarship Committee will notify candidates of a decision within two weeks of receipt.
c) Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview.
d) Successful applicants will receive a Conditional Offer of Admission and a scholarship certificate applied toward tuition.
