Highlights from the interview
As time passed by, I realized that you could choose from a wide range of courses that you want to take in high school. That really guided me to what I would like to study in the future.
The stock market challenge really guided me that I would like to study something related to business and finance. I won twice during my Grade 10 and Grade 11. In Grade 12, I started running the club and leading the club, so that went pretty well.
I participated in the cross-country team. I was also part of the Art Council and the Yearbook Club. They taught me some pretty nice skills and teamwork.
I graduated as a salutatorian of my class. Being up on stage representing the community was something I really enjoyed, I liked, and I feel proud of. Everybody rises together.
What I mean by community is that people care about you, and in a very special way. They want you to succeed.
If you have any problem, you can definitely find someone to talk to, and they will really try to the best of their ability to help you. It’s really centred on the student and not just on many students.
Three words to describe Niagara Christian Collegiate are focused, adaptive, and diverse.
I completely think that NCC changed me and shaped me and let me grow personally, both in a personal way and a professional way. NCC shaped me to become more competitive and to learn that I'm not the best at anything, so I always have to learn and improve.
The school is located alongside the Niagara River that leads to Niagara Falls. You wake up in the morning and see the river.
If you join or enroll in NCC, you will certainly find a way to develop yourself, grow personally, or just find something you like. If you take advantage of the resources around you, you will graduate with very good skills and abilities. I never had a bad moment at NCC, never a really bad experience.
