Learn to lead through hands-on experience within an exciting small group of staff and other LIT’s! Spanning two weeks, our Leaders in Training camp is for teens ages 16–19. Participants will grow significantly in character and leadership ability. Through Bible study, discussion, prayer, reflection, journaling, adventure, a backpacking out-trip, skill development and much more, you will get to know more about yourself, God and life. You will be challenged, encouraged, and ultimately transformed!

Wranglers In Training (WIT) is included as a track in LIT! Participants will be a part of all of the main LIT training sessions, with additional time spent focusing on Horesmanship as we explore what it means to use horses as a way to connect kids with God. As a WIT participant, you will spend Week 2 of the program running a week-long horsemanship program.

LIT applications are a request to participate in LIT and does not guarantee a spot in the program. Teens are accepted based upon their application, an interview and references.
