This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Interpersonal skills: Work as a team in games and competitions. Develop the communication required to be successful as a unit.
  • Physicality: Test yourself and develop physical resilience and endurance over the course of the camp.

Improve your volleyball abilities and expand your understanding of the sport at Athlete Institute's Summer Volleyball Camp. This 4-day camp will introduce campers to high-level coaching, competitive games, and fun! Spend a "Beach Day" learning Beach Volleyball, swimming and taking part in various water activities and games.

You will work on:
Serving
Passing - Digging, Bumping, and Volleying
Hitting and Tipping
Footwork
Game Scenarios, Strategy, and Communication
