This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Self-regulation: Practicing a lot of moving fast and staying still with breathing drills. Repetition of these makes this easier to do on their own
  • Physicality: Doing something fun is way better than sitting in front of the screen and watching someone else do something fun. Let's practice doing more.

Train martial arts in-person or online, stay fit, reduce anxiety, Separate classes for children, teens. Join anytime.
