This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Courage: Maintain a Healthy Perspective · Identify Your Strengths · Examine Different Scenarios · Practice Leaving Your Comfort Zone · Reduce Your Stress. All practiced through Martial Arts
  • Physicality: Doing something fun is way better than sitting in front of the screen and watching someone else do something fun. Let's practice doing more.

Martial Arts classes work on keeping the body and the mind active. Have fun while practicing a little self-control. You can join this program at any time.
