Our leadership pathway begins with L.E.A.D., where students finishing Grade 7 will dive into strengths discovery, teamwork, communication and decision-making. Through fun, hands-on challenges and guided activities, participants will explore and develop key aspects of leadership while expanding their individual abilities. They will build self-awareness through independent reflection and personal strengths work, and practise collaboration in small-group problem-solving and leadership activities. They will then have the opportunity to bring these skills together in team environments to maximize their leadership potential.
By the end of the one-week program, campers will gain greater confidence, stronger leadership skills and a deeper understanding of how they can positively influence those around them.
