Brick Labs, Advanced Spike Robotics and Coding - Construction Challenge

This camp is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Interpersonal skills: This is a great camp for campers to learn to work collaboratively. Coaching will support their ability to communicate and share ideas to arrive at team solutions.
  • Creativity: Campers will employ critical thinking skills, test their logical processes and take risks in coming up with solutions.

In this full week program, students will look at the construction industry to examine how many of the processes can be changed using robotic devices and vehicles. They'll be tasked with building and coding a bot that can elimate the challenges and dangers of the construction trades. Robotic bricklaying, bridge building, steel riveting and more are just some of the options for the students to be challenged with. Their final devices will be on full display for all to see come the end of the week.
