Junior Leader in Training (JLIT)

JLIT is the first step of growing from camper into camp leader and is the stepping stone for campers interested in participating in the Staff-in-Training program (formerly LIT) in the future. Focus areas include foundations of Christian leadership, spiritual and personal development through challenging activities, engaging Bible studies, and opportunities to serve, all while having tons of fun. 
Two weeks is what it takes to build the deep relationships with peers and camp leaders that can last through the great life changes and adventure that JLIT-aged youth are embarking into.
