Summer Baseball Camp (Scarborough Location)

Summer Camp in Partnership with Scarborough Baseball Association and West Hill Baseball

CAMP INFORMATION

We have teamed up with the Scarborough Stingers and West Hill Baseball to bring our amazing summer baseball day camp to Scarborough and surrounding communities for a third summer! At FOD we create a special, inclusive culture for all of our campers that promotes the love of the game and improves both baseball and life skills! Our baseball camps are the perfect mix of skill development and fun. This will be our 13th summer running summer camps in the Greater Toronto Area!  Please feel free to read more about our day camps, and watch our camp video on our home page!

The camp provides participants a choice of two different programs: A High Performance Camp and a Rookie Ball Camp (High Performance is geared toward the more competitive player and Rookie Ball is for beginners and recreational players). Both programs include baseball instruction in hitting, catching, fielding and throwing, as well as pitching and catching clinics run by experienced instructors. All campers will have an opportunity to participate in live games/scrimmages, a mini wiffle baseball league, weekly skills competitions, along with an award ceremony at the end of each week. 

Field of Dreams hosts weekly theme days, weekly skills clinics with specialized instructors, pizza days, showcase days and tournament days!

This summer we will be hosting an inter-camp special event week at our Vaughan Camp, where we will be bussing our campers from Scarborough to Vaughan for the day to compete in a giant wiffle ball tournament!  

We are so excited to bring back our giant inter-camp wiffle ball tournament hosted at the Vaughan Camp for the summer of 2023! Campers from the Scarborough camp will be bussed to Vaughan on Wednesday, July 12. Each camp will have teams that enter the tournament and compete against the Vaughan and Aurora Camp teams for the ultimate wiffle ball championship. There will be a DJ playing music all day, trophies for the tournament champions, and prizes given out throughout the day! We are expecting over 150 kids to participate in this exciting event!
