Summer Baseball Camp (Caledon Location)

We are so excited for our third summer teaming up with the Caledon Nationals to bring our amazing summer baseball day camp to Caledon/Bolton and surrounding communities again in 2024! At FOD we create a special, inclusive culture for all of our campers that promotes the love of the game and improves both baseball and life skills! Our baseball camps are the perfect mix of skill development and fun. This summer are are exciting to be hosting two special event weeks, our third annual Baseball Olympics in July, and our sixth annual Wiffle Ball Classic Tournament in August!

The Caledon camp location will take place at the baseball field of the incredible complex at North Hill Park at 14051 Hwy 50, Bolton, ON.

The camp provides participants a choice of two different programs: A High Performance Camp and a Rookie Ball Camp (High Performance is geared toward the more competitive player and Rookie Ball is for beginners and recreational players). Both programs include baseball instruction in hitting, catching, fielding and throwing, as well as pitching and catching clinics run by experienced instructors. All campers will have an opportunity to participate in live games/scrimmages, a mini wiffle baseball league, weekly skills competitions, along with an award ceremony at the end of each week. 

The goal of FOD is to develop the baseball player as a whole, by teaching the fundamentals and proper skills of the game in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment, while promoting team work, fair play, and a genuine love for the game. Our experienced instructors work hard to develop the skills of each camper while providing an extremely fun environment for all our campers! Our pPLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL DATES AND EVENTS FOR THE 2023 SUMMER:

          * All campers who register before June 1, 2023 will receive a free FOD T-Shirt

          * FourthAnnual Special Event Week: Baseball Olympics (July 15-19)

          * Seventh Annual Special Event Week: Wiffle Ball Classic Tournament (August 19-23)

Week 1 (July 15-19)  The special event will take place on Wednesday July 17 (Rain date is Thursday July 18). Campers will compete in a variety of competitions to win a gold, silver or bronze medal! This is going to be a day unlike any other at Field of Dreams, and one you won’t want to miss!

Week 3 (August 19-23) Field of Dreams will be running our seventh annual Camp-wide Wiffle Ball Tournament.  The special event will take place on Wednesday, August 21. Campers will be broken up into new teams that will enter the day-long Field of Dreams tournament. There will be trophies awarded to the winning team and a great giveaway will be given to every player who participates at the end of the day.
