Our Fun Fit PA Day Camp is a great option when class is not in session! Our programming is developed by an elementary school teacher and Certified Youth Athletics Coach, using proven methodologies designed for growing bodies and developing minds. Participants improve their physical capabilities, social skills, and self-confidence, in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.
Children will learn new skills and movements through two daily structured workout sequences developed using the “Brand X Method ”, a comprehensive youth athletic development program designed to provide kids with tools and knowledge to move through life with freedom and fearlessness. Using the “prepare-practice-play” structure, the workouts teach developmentally appropriate movements and techniques, have kids try them out with supportive coaching and then put them into action through fun physical activities. The structured skills development is supplemented with fun, high energy group games and activities, as well as low energy activities through the day.
