This program is designed to build the following character traits:
Physicality: Teens will be guided to learn new, complex movements and skills and put them to practice through fun challenges.
Courage: Teens will be supported to accomplish new physical feats using our range of interesting and challenging equipment.
Our Youth Athletics Program for Teens provides an hour of fitness for kids aged 12-17. Our caring CrossFit Certified Coaches lead teens through progressively complex movements and heavier loads, appropriate to their developmental level. We build strength, skills, confidence, and healthy habits in a safe and supportive environment. Your teen will expend their energy, keep fit and have a make new friends!
