This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Courage: Through our proprietary coaching methodology, children receive the direct learning of specific sports skills and develop the indirect learning of confidence, resilience and teamwork. “Life skills to pursue your dreams”.
  • Resilience: Through our proprietary coaching methodology, children receive the direct learning of specific sports skills and develop the indirect learning of confidence, resilience and teamwork. “Life skills to pursue your dreams”.

Our lifesaving programs are designed for skill development, confidence, and fun—not just passing a test. We run small-group classes, led by certified instructors who specialize in youth training and practical rescue scenarios. Every course is structured as a fast-paced, engaging crash course program, giving families flexibility while ensuring candidates still master every standard.
We run programs at convenient East and West Toronto locations with clear progression from Bronze Star to National Lifeguard, helping kids grow from strong swimmers to certified lifesavers and lifeguards.
