Who are you as an organization?
In operation for over 40 years, Kanata Camps offers themed weekly day camps, specialty STEM robotics, drone, and coding camps, and overnight adventure and tripping programs that qualify for Duke of Ed Adventurous Journey credit. Programs are organized by interest and age groups. Operated by Kanata Montessori School, we are experts in child and youth development and learning.

The Our Kids review of Kanata Camps
The longevity of a camp speaks volumes. Kanata Camps has been offering day camps for almost 50 years. Of course, the programming has changed to suit today’s needs, and STEM is now an important part of the program. With overnight and day camps, both campers and their leaders are engaged and love Kanata’s camp experience. Titled Camp Experience Officers (CEOs), staff are empowered to give each camper the best experience. All CEOs are well-vetted and Kanata only chooses those who can serve as positive role models. Camp days are filled with diverse activities with play and activities indoors and out. Theme weeks are well-received, with participation from kids and their families to make camp just that much more fun. Specialized camps are available—everything from drone and coding camps to adventure and tripping programs. Camp programming is well thought out, as the camp is operated by the experts in child development at Kanata Montessori School.
