Leaside Volleyball Club, Beach Volleyball Training - High Performance and Skill Development

This program is designed to build the following character traits:

  • Physicality: Have fun building your skills and improving your athleticism in a dynamic training environment!
  • Interpersonal skills: Learn the importance of communication and teammanship in the beach game!

Led by former National Beach Team athlete and Leaside Coach, Anna Licht, we offer two dynamic training programs tailored to athletes of all skill levels. 

Our BEACH HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING is designed for athletes looking to compete in the OVA Beach Tour, Provincial, and National Championships. With a minimum of one year of rep experience required, athletes will receive targeted training to elevate their game.

For those just starting out or with limited beach volleyball experience, our BEACH SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMis the perfect fit!  Whether you're coming from school, house league, or simply looking to try something new, athletes will be grouped and trained based on their current level of play.
