A mixed martial arts inspired program designed for kids 7-12 in a socially distanced environment.  Participants will focus on basic fundamentals to develop body awareness, coordination, conditioning, balance, strength and confidence with a non-combat focus. This fun and energetic program is a great alterative form of fitness for those looking for something a little different.

Classes have a maximum of 8 participants to allow for personalized instruction and social distancing.
